1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the services, info products, or goods offered by MindfulDirector, you agree to abide by these terms.
2. Description of Offerings
2.1 Services
Professional spiritual mindset training sessions designed for corporate directors, delivered live or online by MindfulDirector.
2.2 Info Products
Digital courses, guided meditations, and training materials provided in downloadable or streaming formats.
2.3 Goods
Physical items such as books, journals, or meditation aids offered through MindfulDirector.
3. Payment and Fees
All fees are clearly stated prior to purchase. Payments are processed through authorized providers. Clients are responsible for any fees charged by their payment service.
4. Refund and Rescheduling Policy
4.1 Services
Clients may request a reschedule of a live training session by notifying MindfulDirector at least 7 days before the scheduled date. Requests received later may not be accommodated.
Refunds for services may be requested in writing within 7 days of the original session date. Approved reimbursements will be issued via the original payment method within 14 days of approval.
Certain services, including access to recorded live trainings and individualized coaching packages, are non-refundable due to immediate delivery of materials and scheduling commitments. This policy ensures the availability and quality of our offerings.
4.2 Info Products
Clients may request a full refund for digital courses or materials within 14 days of purchase if less than 20% of the content has been accessed or downloaded. To request a refund, contact MindfulDirector in writing. Approved refunds will be processed within 14 days via the original payment method. If more than 20% of the content is accessed, the purchase is non-refundable.
4.3 Goods
Physical items may be returned within 30 days of delivery in their original condition. Clients are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective. Refunds will be processed within 30 days of receipt of the returned item. shares or credits for future purchases may be offered at MindfulDirector’s discretion.
5. Intellectual Property
All content and materials provided by MindfulDirector are protected by copyright and may not be reproduced without permission.
6. Limitations of Liability
MindfulDirector’s liability is limited to the amount paid for the relevant offering. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
7. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Switzerland.
8. Changes to Terms
MindfulDirector reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Updated versions will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.
